A Red Clay staffer and cheese expert Rachel Klebaur will be on hand to walk you through four different pairings, each with their own delectable panache.

We love pomegranates and it's the perfect time of the year to embrace this wonderfully delicious fruit in a seasonal cider.
Deep red in color with hints of both apple and pomegranate on the nose. This cider hits the pallet with apple sweetness and finishes with a tart pomegranate burst of flavor!

Annual One Christmas Charity Fundraiser Performance

Join us and Blue Monkey Theatre Saturday, December 14th for the 6th annual One Christmas. Blue Monkey's talented performers will randomly draw their parts from a hat and perform a dramatic reading of A Christmas Story by Charles Dickens.
Admission to the performance is a CASH ONLY DONATION in whatever amount you like. All of the cash donations will go directly to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Every dollar donated helps them distribute 7lbs of food!

Cranberry Crumble & Nor' Easter Double Can Release

We're doubling up on the cranberry goodness for this double can release just in time for the holidays!
Cranberry Crumble, our last Crumble release of the year. Imagine Grandma's cranberry crumble...now imagine that recipe baked in a can. This semi-sweet pastry cider is loaded with apple and vanilla, notes of cranberry, and finishes with a touch of cinnamon.
Nor' Easter is a tart flavor storm of apple & cranberry goodness. This OG cider is making a rare return and will certainly make you pucker up for more!
Both ciders will be available on draft and in 16oz can 4 packs beginning December 21st.

Join Sip & Script for a Night of Learning Calligraphy!
Join us for a festive workshop of holiday fun and pretty lettering for beginners! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to all your holiday tables, Christmas trees, hostess gifts, gift tags, holiday card mailings and more!
Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop! Additionally, we will be covering tips and tricks for letting on your gift tags/holiday cards/holiday envelopes at the end of our class time! A blank gift bag and tag will be provided, but please feel free to also bring any blank bags/tags/wrapped presents you’d like to letter on as well.
